I had my Kitchen and Bathroom renovated as well as my home painted. Rob and his team did an amazing job finishing earlier than expected. Rob is very professional, and approachable. He guided me every step of the way. Rob gave me updates and advised if any issues arose. Thank you, I love the outcome. Yes, I will use Rob and his RJG team again.

We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom. We had so many issues with our old bathroom and these issues even caused problems during the renovation, however Rob and his team were able to quickly and professionally address all of them. They did an amazing job and Rob was with us at each step. He was upfront, knowledgeable and extremely approachable. If we have another bathroom to renovate, we wouldn’t hesitate to use RJG again

We hired Rob & his team to complete our main bathroom, WC & laundry renovations. We are extremely happy with the results, and each room looks amazing. The project was completed one week early, which was great as we had to stay elsewhere during the project period. Rob has been great to deal with during the process, has been open to feedback and got any issues fixed straight away. We were able to contact Rob at any time of day during the process and he was always available and gave us daily updates/photos of the work completed.

So we decided to go with him and his team. The process was smooth sailing from design to construction, keeping us well informed the whole way through. I employed the RJG Group to renovate my bathroom recently as I had seen the fantastic work they had done for a close relative. Rob is a strong communicator and he addressed all of my questions and concerns promptly and in a highly respectful and knowledgeable manner. He was able to guide me so that I could make informed decisions regarding every aspect of the bathroom renovation. Rob was mindful of my family situation and budget and he ensured that everything was done within these constraints. It was incredibly disappointing that the RJG Group were unable to finish off the renovation due to the recent lockdown caused by the COVID 19 restrictions. I am incredibly happy with the finished result and can clearly see that this is greatly due to the marvellous design and planning that can be attributed to the RJG Group.

Initially I reached out to 3 companies to visit my mums house as she was in desperate need of a new bathroom. Feedback from her was that she felt comfortable with Rob instantly and the level of detail in the quoting process couldn’t be better! Fast forward too the reno the process was seamless and stress free! A few minor hiccups but all were sorted quickly and professionally. Honestly I couldn’t thank Rob enough for his respect towards my mother and his professionalism ! Rob from RJG group did a fantastic job managing our bathroom renovation. From quote to post fit-off Rob was engaged, attentive and responsive to requests. He was quick in managing the any inevitable issues arising e.g. getting the tilers to come back to replace a tile that might have been chipped when the toilet was installed. He kept us fully informed of changes associated with the building schedule and of deliveries and we weren’t ever unsure of what was happening next. Rob and his trades were conscientious and friendly and were happy to provide advice and support associated with the renovation and more, like building in materials that were not brought inside by the couriers. The team works on Saturdays which expedited our bathroom renovation, minimising the duration we would not be able to use our bathroom (or live in a messy house). The tradesmen were generally tidy and usually cleaned up after themselves. On some occasions there was some mess and debris left behind, but Rob was quick to chase up the trades to ensure that they knew this was not okay. The final result is a stunning bathroom built to our design requirements.
